T&P Controls provides commercial building automation and controls field installation for new construction and retrofit projects. HVAC controls are a major part of the BAS work we perform. Our crews install project-specified systems to approved drawings, specifications, controls documentation, and project requirements.
Building Automation Installation Scope
Our BAS installation scope can include control panels and controllers, conduit and raceway, control and communication wiring, sensors, actuators, relays, device mounting, terminations, labeling, and point-to-point verification. When included in the subcontract scope, we also support checkout and startup by correcting field installation issues and confirming devices and wiring are ready for the controls contractor. T&P Controls does not sell BAS products and does not represent commissioning as part of this installation service.
New Construction & Retrofit BAS Installation
T&P Controls supports commercial new construction and retrofit projects as an installation subcontractor. We coordinate field work with controls contractors, mechanical contractors, electrical contractors, general contractors, and project teams and install to the project drawings, specifications, controls documentation, and schedule.
