HVAC Controls Installation Scope
Our HVAC controls work is installation-focused. Crews install and terminate the controls shown on project documents, label field wiring, verify point-to-point connections, and support checkout and startup when included in the subcontract scope. T&P Controls does not install or service HVAC mechanical equipment and does not represent commissioning as part of this service.
Project-Specified Installation
We install HVAC controls furnished or specified by the project team rather than selling equipment or promoting a particular controls platform.
Control Wiring & Terminations
Crews route, support, label, and terminate project-specified control wiring in accordance with drawings, specifications, and field requirements.
Field Device Installation

We mount and wire project-specified control panels and controllers, complete field terminations, and label connections for checkout.
Point-to-Point Verification
We verify installed wiring and device terminations against project drawings and point documentation and identify discrepancies for correction.
Startup Support
When included in the project scope, our crews support controls checkout and startup by correcting installation issues and confirming field devices and wiring are ready for the controls contractor.
